Run structured performance reviews and track goals with OKRs.

Performance Review Cycles

Create review cycles in **Performance → Cycles**:

  • Define the cycle — Name, date range, review type (annual, quarterly, 360°)
  • Select participants — All employees, specific departments, or custom selection
  • Configure forms — Rating scales, competency matrices, open-ended questions
  • Launch — Employees and managers receive notifications to complete reviews
  • 360° Reviews

    For comprehensive feedback, enable peer reviews:

  • Each employee nominates 3–5 peers
  • Managers approve the peer list
  • Peers submit anonymous feedback
  • AI generates a summary combining self, manager, and peer reviews
  • Continuous Feedback

    Don't wait for formal cycles. The **Feedback** tab lets anyone give real-time feedback:

  • Kudos — Public recognition with reactions
  • Private feedback — One-on-one notes between manager and employee
  • OKRs

    Track objectives and key results in **OKRs**:

  • Create objectives with 2–5 key results each
  • Track progress with regular check-ins
  • View alignment across the organization
  • AI suggests OKRs based on company goals and role
  • 9-Box Grid

    The 9-box grid (**Performance → 9-Box**) plots employees on a performance × potential matrix. Use it for succession planning and identifying high-potential talent.
