Every new account starts with a 30-day Growth tier trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required. After 30 days, you can upgrade or continue on the Free tier.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power all AI features like resume screening (3 credits), review summaries (4 credits), HR Assistant (5 credits/msg), and more. Each action costs 1-8 credits depending on complexity.
Can I bring my own AI key?
Yes! On Core tier and above, you can connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. When using your own key, AI actions don't consume credits at all.
Can I add payroll to any plan?
Yes! Payroll is a $4/employee/month add-on available on any tier. It includes US tax filing, direct deposit, and contractor payments.
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep all your data but lose access to tier-locked features immediately. Employees beyond the cap become read-only. You can upgrade again anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
For paid tiers, unused credits roll over for 1 billing cycle. Free tier credits reset monthly with no rollover.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, all paid tiers and the payroll add-on are 20% cheaper when billed annually.
How is billing calculated?
Billing is per-employee-per-month (PEPM). Your monthly charge = active employees x tier price. Employee count is reconciled monthly.
