Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Kova on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Kova is a cloud-based HR management platform that includes employee management, hiring, onboarding, leave management, performance reviews, payroll processing, and AI-powered features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed per employee per month. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Annual plans are billed upfront with a 20% discount. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. AI Features

AI features consume credits from your monthly allocation. AI outputs are assistive and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions. All AI screening results include bias disclaimers as required.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Kova. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kova is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
