How does pricing work?
Kova uses per-employee-per-month (PEPM) pricing:

Payroll is an add-on at $4/employee/month, available on any plan.
What are AI credits?
AI features (resume screening, HR assistant, review summaries, etc.) consume credits. Each plan includes free monthly credits:

Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
What happens if my payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period with full access. After 3 failed retry attempts, your account is suspended until payment is resolved. No data is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
We offer pro-rated refunds within the first 14 days of a new subscription. Contact info@kovahr.com.
